10. Sitzung des Verwaltungsrates

Neben Informationen zum allgemeinen aktuellen Stand der Entwicklungen erhielt der Verwaltungsrat ein Briefing zum Stand der Einstellungen und der Ausstattung mit Personal sowie ein Organigramm für die EFSA. Die Diskussion konzentrierte sich auf die weitere Vorgehensweise, den geänderten Managementplan für das Jahr 2003 und einen aktuellen Stand der Finanzen. Im Anschluss an einen Bericht zum „Team Building Day“ stimmte der Verwaltungsrat über zwei Beschlussentwürfe ab, einen zur guten Verwaltungspraxis und einen zum Zugang zu Dokumenten.
