Introduzione

Scientific advice on safety of food additives, enzymes, flavourings, processing aids and other substances intentionally added to food; safety of food packing and other food contact materials; and safety of food-related processes including recycling of plastic for use in food contact materials. All this scientific advice forms part of market authorisation procedures.
