Guaiseacha Bitheolaíocha
Cuireann an Painéal um Ghuaiseacha Bitheolaíocha (BIOHAZ) comhairle eolaíoch ar fáil maidir le guaiseacha bitheolaíocha i ndáil le sábháilteacht bia agus galair bhia-iompartha. Cumhdaítear leis sin galair ainmhithe in-tarchurtha chuig daoine; einceifileapaití spúinseacha in-tarchurtha; micribhitheolaíocht bia; sláinteachas bia agus saincheisteanna a bhaineann le bainistiú dramhaíola.
Is eolaithe ó gach cearn den Eoraip iad Comhaltaí Phainéal BIOHAZ a bhfuil saineolas acu ar na nithe seo a leanas:
- Eipidéimeolaíocht zónóisí bia-iompartha (Salmonella, Campalabaictéar, etc)
- Frithsheasmhacht in aghaidh ábhair fhrithmhiocróbacha
- Fotháirgí ainmhithe a phróiseáil
- Víris bhia-iompartha
- Cigireacht feola i ngach biaspeiceas
- Sláinteachas bia agus micribhitheolaíocht bia
- Critéir mhicribhitheolaíocha
- Rioscaí bitheolaíocha a bhaineann le táirgí ilchodacha, agus le táirgí úra;
- Dí-éilliú conablach feola (cóireála frithmhiocróbacha)
- Measúnú riosca cainníochtúil micribhitheolaíochta
- TSEnna (eipidéimeolaíocht, paiteolaíocht, diagnóisic, measúnú nochta).

Networks
What are EFSA's networks?
EFSA’s networks consist of nationally appointed EU Member State organisations with expertise in the fields covered by the network. Representatives of the Commission and of other organisations (including those from outside the EU) with specific expertise may also be invited to participate in the work of EFSA Networks.
Networks are chaired by EFSA and supported by relevant EFSA units. Their aim is to facilitate scientific cooperation in the field of EFSA’s mission by:
- coordinating activities,
- exchanging information,
- developing and implementing joint projects,
- and exchanging expertise and best practices.
