EFSA Meeting with Non-Governmental Organisations on genetically modified organisms (GMOs)

At the end of September EFSA will meet representatives from environmental non-governmental organisations to discuss its updated guidance document outlining requirements for the environmental risk assessment of genetically modified plants. EFSA will also discuss the draft guidance document at a meeting with industry representatives. These meetings are a part of a comprehensive consultation process including an online public consultation and a dedicated meeting with Member State representatives.
