Seminar on Different Approaches in Risk Analysis in the EU Food Safety

The seminar provided an insight into the role of EFSA in the area of risk assessment and risk communication. Experts from EU Member States and from Candidate countries presented their approaches to risk analysis and gave information on the advantages and disadvantages of the different models.

This seminar provided a solid starting point for networking and for the creation of information exchange systems as a first step in the preparation of the beneficiaries for their future participation in EFSA networks.
