Summary
The goal of the webinar was to:
- Present EFSA’s multicultural work environment;
- Clarify that the traineeship is open to candidates with different backgrounds – business, communication, HR specialists, scientists in areas related to food/feed safety;
- Provide a general overview of the Traineeship Programme;
- Explain how the selection procedure works;
- Trainees and Staff members: sharing work experiences.
During the webinar, participants had the opportunity to write questions which were replied live by presenters.
