As independence is one of its key values, EFSA attaches great importance to ensuring an impartial scientific process devoid of conflicts of interest. This annual report provides a clear picture of the investments and efforts made by EFSA during the reporting period for the implementation of its Policy on Independence and the management of conflicts of interest (CoIs).
