The implementation of the Transparency Regulation introduced new services, processes and provisions that have strongly impacted the lifecycle and renewal procedure for applications.
To better respond to recurring questions from applicants in the field of health claims, EFSA is holding a public webinar to explain the steps of the application procedure. The event will include a live demonstration of how to create an account in the new system, and explain issues such as requesting a pre-application ID, submitting an application, confidentiality and public consultation practices.
Representatives of business operators, small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as laboratories and testing facilities are invited to attend the event. Participants will have the opportunity to submit questions during a live Q&A session.
