Webinar on application procedure for feed additives and intended renewal applications

Summary

The aim of the second webinar in this series was to explain the new requirements introduced by the Transparency Regulation.

The webinar focused on the procedure for submitting applications and renewal applications for feed additives. The speakers gave a thorough explanation of the application process, from account creation to adoption and publication, including a live demonstration of the E-Submission Food Chain Platform (ESFC). The event also clarified the procedure for renewal of applications.

About 200 participants attended from small and medium-sized enterprises, laboratories/testing facilities, business operators and other stakeholders involved in the application and renewal processes.

The webinar ended with a dedicated live Q&A session, during which contributors and speakers answered, orally or in writing, the 66 questions submitted by participants.
