Conversion of the Management Board physical meeting into an exchange by written procedure

Due to the restrictions caused by the COVID-19 outbreak, the Chair of the Management Board decided to cancel the physical meeting scheduled to take place on Thursday 19 March and invited the Board members to comment in writing the documents planned to be discussed at the meeting and to adopt them via written procedure, in line with Article 10(2) of the Management Board Rules of Procedure. The Management Board adopted the following documents by unanimity:
- EFSA’s Consolidated Annual Activity Report 2019, including the Management Board assessment of that report
- Practical Arrangements for implementing Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 and Articles 6 and 7 of Regulation (EC) No 1367/2006
- Amendment to the EFSA budget 2020
- Executive Director assessment of the Management Board Declarations of interest
- Dates of the meetings of the Management Board in 2021
