Joint event: Croatia on its way to EU integration – challenges and expectations for food safety and agricultural policy

This conference was organised by the Croatian Food Agency and the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) to celebrate World Food Day in the context of the 10^th anniversary of the establishment of the European Food Law and EFSA. Representatives of food authorities from EU Member States and EU Candidate and Potential Candidate countries along with stakeholder groups exchanged views and discussed possible collaborations. Finn Sheye, EFSA’s liaison officer for pre-accession countries, gave a presentation on Scientific cooperation with EU Member States and the Pre-Accession Countries.
