Background
On 27 January 2025, EFSA met several industry representatives in the context of an ad hoc meeting with stakeholders.
The meeting aimed to present the action plan for opening the EFSA MoPS (Microorganisms pipelines service) portal to applicants, which allows characterise microorganisms based on their Whole genome sequence (WGS) data. This meeting served as a follow-up to previous correspondence.
