Reputation barometer

One of the objectives of social research at EFSA is to strengthen the reputation management process through understanding of institutional partners and stakeholders. The first Reputation barometer study, finalized in 2017, was set to measure the reputation of EFSA amongst key actors across the European Union, and set a baseline for future reputation studies. These survey-based tool will be complemented by more targeted methods, such as discourse analyses of specific audiences.
