EFSA opens its doors to the people of Parma
On 12 May, the European Food Safety Authority is opening its doors to the public from 15.00 to 19.00. It will be an opportunity for EFSA staff to meet their Parmigiani neighbours and for the local community to learn more about the work of the Authority, to discover the new seat, and to meet EFSA staff.
The Open Doors initiative is part of Festa dell’Europa, which takes place from 9 to 13 May in different venues in Parma. This year’s theme is Europe that changes, between opportunity and innovation.
To help EFSA estimate the number of visitors, we encourage you to pre-register by writing an email to opendoors [at] efsa.europa.eu indicating the first name and last name of all participants. If you bring children, please indicate their age. Visitors who have not pre-registered can register on arrival if there is spare capacity. People under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. For security reasons all visitors will be asked to show a valid ID.
Bicycles can be parked in the racks at the entrance of the EFSA building. A bus stop is located just in front EFSA (lines: 6 and 12). Cars cannot be parked at EFSA’s premises.
Information on the processing of personal data in the context of the organization of EFSA meetings and events is given in the privacy statement available on the page Legal notice.
