EFSA buys services and supplies through public procurement calls, in line with EU legislation and the basic principles of transparency, equal treatment and non-discrimination, widest competition, proportionality and sound financial management.

Voor opdrachten met een waarde van meer dan 143 000 EUR maakt EFSA gebruik van openbare aanbestedingen.
Om de aanbestedingsstukken te bekijken voor een oproep die interessant is voor u, klikt u op de titel van de hieronder vermelde oproep, die u naar het financierings- en aanbestedingsportaal brengt. Daarin vindt u alle aanbestedingsinstructies en formulieren met betrekking tot die specifieke aanbesteding, die u kunt downloaden (uitnodiging tot inschrijving, bestek, ontwerpovereenkomst en eventuele templates die nodig zijn voor het indienen van een offerte).

Komende aanbestedingen ≥ 140 000 EUR
EFSA publiceert een aankondiging vooraf (PIN) om marktdeelnemers te laten weten dat wij van plan zijn in de toekomst een aanbesteding uit te schrijven. PIN-aankondigingen, die niet voor elke EFSA-aanbesteding worden gepubliceerd, dienen uitsluitend ter informatie en zijn niet bindend voor EFSA. Zij dienen ertoe onze planning van komende aanbestedingen transparanter te maken en potentiële leveranciers en dienstverleners in staat te stellen zich voor te bereiden op aanbestedingen voor toekomstige contracten. EFSA kan de PIN-aankondigingen ook gebruiken om marktdeelnemers te vragen blijken van belangstelling in te dienen voor deelname aan ex ante marktonderzoek en -analyse.

Calls for tenders below €143k
For purchases with a value above €15,000 and equal to or below €143,000 EFSA uses the “negotiated procurement procedure” which involves inviting candidates of EFSA's choice to submit an offer. Additionally, as EFSA wants to keep cooperation opportunities as open as possible, it is also possible for you to express an interest in being invited to these negotiated procedures.

2025 EFSA Scientific Cooperation plan
The 2025 EFSA Scientific Cooperation plan provides an overview of the calls for tenders (procurement) and calls for proposals (grants) which EFSA intends to launch during 2025, including indicative title, budget and timing for call launch. This information is indicative and does not constitute an obligation on EFSA to launch any given procedure. When a call is actually launched, it will be advertised both on the EFSA website and the EU Funding & Tenders Portal.
