EFSA buys services and supplies through public procurement calls, in line with EU legislation and the basic principles of transparency, equal treatment and non-discrimination, widest competition, proportionality and sound financial management.

För inköp vars värde överstiger 143 000 euro använder Efsa det öppna anbudsförfarandet.

Kommande anbud som överstiger 140 000 €
Efsa publicerar ett förhandsmeddelande för att informera ekonomiska aktörer om att vi planerar att inleda en förslagsinfordran i framtiden. Förhandsmeddelanden publiceras inte för varje förslagsinfordran från Efsa, utan är endast avsedda för information och är inte bindande för Efsa. Det är ett sätt att öka insynen i vår planering av kommande samtal och att göra det möjligt för potentiella leverantörer och tjänsteleverantörer att i förväg förbereda sig för att lämna anbud för kommande kontrakt. Efsa kan också använda förhandsmeddelanden för att be ekonomiska aktörer att på förhand uttrycka ett deltagarintresse i marknadsundersökningar och marknadsanalyser.
Poster på den här sidan uppdateras regelbundet. Det utesluter dock inte att förhandsmeddelanden fortfarande är synliga när förslagsinfordran redan har publicerats. Av denna anledning rekommenderar vi att du alltid konsulterar avsnittet anbud som överstiger 140 000 € där du hittar alla samtal öppna för erbjudanden.
Calls for tenders below €143k
For purchases with a value above €15,000 and equal to or below €143,000 EFSA uses the “negotiated procurement procedure” which involves inviting candidates of EFSA's choice to submit an offer. Additionally, as EFSA wants to keep cooperation opportunities as open as possible, it is also possible for you to express an interest in being invited to these negotiated procedures. Just follow the simple procedure below.

2025 EFSA Scientific Cooperation plan
The 2025 EFSA Scientific Cooperation plan provides an overview of the calls for tenders (procurement) and calls for proposals (grants) which EFSA intends to launch during 2025, including indicative title, budget and timing for call launch. This information is indicative and does not constitute an obligation on EFSA to launch any given procedure. When a call is actually launched, it will be advertised both on the EFSA website and the EU Funding & Tenders Portal.
