Annual Management Plan 2010

While this Management Plan details the main deliverables for EFSA in 2010, it is important to put the work programme elaborated here in the context of the development of the organisation and the changes in its operating environment. Many aspects of the work described here reflect the progress that has been made in recent years: risk assessment workflows, enhanced declarations of interest policy, progressive human resource policies, standard operating procedures, expert and staff satisfaction surveys and follow-up, clear progress indicators, and forward-looking strategic planning documents to mention but a few. The process of strengthening and consolidating the organisation will continue in 2010.
