Parma je dostopno in kolesarjem prijazno mesto. Odlikuje jo bližina pomembnih mest, kot sta Bologna (100 km) in Milano (120 km), v dveh urah pa ste lahko v renesančnem mestu Firence, na ligurijski obali, kjer najdemo Cinque Terre, ali ob Jadranskem morju s peščenimi plažami.
