Technical meeting on FEEDAP guidance on the renewal of the authorisation of feed additives
EFSA organised a technical meeting with interested parties on the guidance on the renewal of the authorisation of feed additives adopted by the FEEDAP Panel in November 2020.
The meeting was held virtually with approximately 60 participants from the private sector, scientific community, EU national authorities, etc.
The aim of the meeting was to explain the current scientific criteria for the assessment of applications for the renewal of authorisation of feed additives and to respond to questions from stakeholders.
Following the presentation of the different sections of the guidance document, a question and answer session took place in which participants had the opportunity to offer comments and ask questions. All the comments and questions were discussed and addressed by EFSA staff and experts during the meeting.
