Webinar on the call for tender to support EFSA's communications activities
Background
On 30 May 2025, EFSA launched the call for tender EFSA/2025/OP/0012 to establish a new framework contract for the provision of communication and multimedia services. The focus is on delivering high-impact communication campaigns, producing creative content, and implementing innovative outreach strategies tailored to EFSA’s diverse audiences. The call seeks to engage experienced communication agencies with a proven track record in science communication, audience engagement, and multi-channel dissemination, both online and offline.
Objectives of the event
- To provide an overview of the communication services and products outlined in the tender specifications.
- To explain the selection and award criteria.
- To collect questions from tenderers (to be answered in writing following the event).
