The 31st meeting of the Advisory Forum

On 22 and 23 April EFSA’s Advisory Forum will held the 31st meeting in Bucharest. Among the items on the meeting agenda there are:
- Feedback from the meetings of the Management Board, the Scientific Committee and the renewal of EFSA’s Scientific Panels and Committee
- Further work on harmonisation of risk assessment methodologies across Europe
- Cooperation in the area of food contact materials, enzymes, flavourings and processing aids
- Feedback from the national expert meeting on aspartame (London, 2-3 April, 2009)
- 2010 work programme for grants and contracts
- EFSA’s approach to public consultations on scientific opinions
- Future activities in the fields of nanotechnology and cloning
- An update and exchange of views on matters raised by the Member States and EFSA
