Report of the Quality Manager 2009

In line with EFSA’s Quality Policy (March 2008), EFSA continued in 2009 the work started a year earlier by identifying and documenting the procedures needed for its Quality Management System and key processes critical for the realization of its mission, strategy and policies. In addition, EFSA continues to implement actions necessary to achieve the planned results and continual improvement of the processes and procedures in the course of 2009.
