Food needs scientists

Agronomists, biologists, chemists, entomologists… the list of scientists working at EFSA is long and diverse. Not all of them are staff members. Scientific experts may join EFSA also as members of our scientific panels or as guest researchers for specific projects. And our Seconded National Experts help strengthen the links between EFSA and our national partner organisations.
