The forum discussion with national experts on the scientific assessment of GMOs in the EU brought together European experts from government and research institutes, members of EFSA’s GMO Panel and representatives of the European Commission. All EU Member States were invited to nominate their two top specialists in the field of GMO assessment to attend the forum
