Food contact materials, enzymes, flavourings and processing aids publications
As a major part of its work, the Panel on food contact materials, enzymes, flavourings and processing aids (CEF) produces and publishes scientific outputs following mandates within its remit. EFSA also disseminates supporting publications in the field of food contact materials, enzymes, flavourings and processing aids.
This page also includes publications produced by the former Panel on food additives, flavourings, processing aids and materials in contact with food (AFC) before July 2008 and relevant to the work of the CEF Panel.
