How to apply
Only applications for published vacancies can be taken into consideration. All applications must be submitted using the online recruitment tool. Applications sent via email or post will not be accepted.
The tool allows candidates to access and amend their application until the deadline.
Candidates must ensure that they provide at least one email address, as this will be the main channel of communication.

Please note that EFSA does not consider unsolicited/spontaneous applications whether received by post, e-mail or fax. Unsolicited/spontaneous applications will not receive any response.
Each application will be screened for compliance with the vacancy notice. Following evaluation of the eligible applications the best-qualified applicants will be called for interview. Further to the assessment phase a reserve list may be established. The Appointing Authority takes the final decision to offer the job to a selected candidate.
The personal information EFSA requests from candidates will be processed in line with Regulation (EC) N° 45/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2000 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
