Each application is screened based on the requirements of the job profile stated in the vacancy notice. Following screening, the best best-qualified applicants will be called for an assessment (e.g. interview, testing, and in case of managerial profiles assessment centre). Based on the outcome of the assessment phase, a reserve list of suitable candidates for the position may be established. The Executive Director takes the final decision on offering the job to a selected candidate.
